Your tasks will include developing project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. You will be accountable for monitoring project performance, tracking progress towards short and long-term goals, and managing changes in project scope, schedule, and cost effectively. Additionally, you will conduct project reviews, create detailed reports for top management, and maintain extensive project documentation. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing process optimization will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for the successful execution of projects.
