Role Summary

We're looking for a skilled Team Lead - C++ Systems Developer to lead a team of engineers in designing and developing high-performance C++ applications on Linux. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, focusing on quality delivery, performance optimization, and system-level development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain efficient, scalable C++ code
Lead and mentor a development team
Debug, optimize, and resolve system-level issues
Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
Evaluate tools and technologies as needed

Requirements

8+ years in C++ development with strong system programming skills (Multithreading, IPC, Sockets)
Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and TDD
Strong debugging and performance tuning abilities
