As a Product Encoding Area Manager at Numerator, you will play a crucial role in leading the Product encoding area to help Numerator achieve its business goals. Reporting to the Vadodara Regional Operations Centre (ROC) Director, you will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders in Onshore to ensure smooth business operations and drive the implementation of operational strategies effectively. Your primary focus will be on people management and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Working as a part of the Managers team, you will collaborate closely with Onshore leaders and stakeholders across different geographical locations to manage the function area of Product encoding efficiently. Key Outcomes / Responsibilities: - Ensure effective delivery management by maintaining high-quality work within agreed timelines. - Collaborate with Onshore leaders to manage the Product encoding function area. - Facilitate the smooth transition of processes to India Centre of Excellence (COE) based on the strategic roadmap. - Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to meet stakeholders" evolving needs. - Focus on enhancing team productivity through continuous improvement initiatives. - Implement data-driven performance management and align team members with key performance indicators. - Motivate team members based on performance and establish succession planning for managers and expertise roles. - Lead conflict resolution within the area effectively. What You'll Bring to Numerator: Basic Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech from a reputed university. - 2+ years of management experience in mid-size teams across multiple geographies and hierarchies. - Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. - Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI. Preferred Qualifications: - Domain expertise in market research or FMCG domain. - Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think creatively. - Experience in managing operations for a team of 10+ associates. - Highly creative with a good balance of implementation and business knowledge. - Leadership style that promotes professional growth. - Enjoys collaborating with onshore stakeholders and seeking ways to improve processes actively.
