Role Description

We are seeking a Team Lead specializing in Claim Adjudication and Credentialing. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the individual will oversee the claim adjudication and credentialing processes, manage a team of professionals, and ensure timely and accurate handling of insurance claims. The responsibilities include monitoring claim workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently. The Team Lead will also analyze claim trends to improve processes and provide training and support to team members for skill enhancement.
