Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouse solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting, while also being familiar with ETL tools and technologies.
Manage client relationships by attending meetings, resolving queries, and presenting status reports.
Debug complex incidents reported by clients and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
Implement best practices in software development life cycle (SDLC) and ensure quality-focused deliverables.
Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint for task management and documentation.
Encourage a learning mindset within the team to adapt to new technologies and domain knowledge.
Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Hands-on expertise in SQL for queries, reporting, and optimization
Familiarity with ETL tools and processes
Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar task/documentation tools
Strong debugging and incident resolution skills
Leadership and team mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
