Team Lead – C# .NET & Angular

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our development team and handle multiple projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with development, involved in R&D, and capable of guiding the team with technical and architectural decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development
• At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead
• Strong expertise in C# .NET and Angular
• Proficiency in MS SQL, including writing complex queries and performance optimization
• Ability to manage and mentor a team, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Should be proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of project outcomes
