Job Description

Job Title:

Experience:

Perform
end-to-end Billing Administration processes on SAP
Conduct
analysis and audits
on costs, chargeability, office performance, analytics, and reporting to support margin performance and sales competitiveness
Manage and track
project plans
Follow up with
Project Managers
on notes, changes, and approvals
Run
SAC dashboards
for chargeability and billability approvals and generate
Burn Reports
Launch
Preliminary Billing Reports (PBR)
and load them into
SAP BPP
for PM review and approval
Generate
monthly customer invoices
and send via SAP (email/mail as required)
Respond to
customer billing queries
, perform root cause analysis, and resolve disputes in coordination with Project Managers
Escalate unresolved disputes and collections to client PMs and leadership
Prepare and deliver
billing reports, analysis, and analytics
Support
management requests
as required

Billing Junior Analyst – Required Skill Sets:

Strong

process knowledge
Handling

Dispute handling, write-offs, and resolution
