Summary :

The L3 support Engineer will support in the design, implementation, and 24x7 operations of secure and highly available network infrastructure supporting mission-critical banking and financial services. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, data confidentiality, operational resilience, and high service availability across Data Centers, Disaster Recovery Sites, Branch Networks, and SD-WAN architectures.

He will support in incident management, change control, and service continuity in line with RBI and other regulatory guidelines. Engage with manage cross-functional teams and vendor partners, drive SLA adherence, and support proactive monitoring and optimization efforts. 

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in BFSI network operations to continuously enhance the digital banking experience while safeguarding customer trust and data integrity.

Certifications

1) CCNP - Mandatory
2) CCIE - Desirable 3) ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Professional (MP) / PMP - Desirable

Knowledge :

1) Understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol (IPv4 & IPv6) - Mandatory
2) Knowledge on network capture / analysis tools like Wireshark - Mandatory 3) Knowledge in Network Management and Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Splunk. - Mandatory 4)Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner. - Mandatory 5) Knowledge of Software Defined Network (SDN) & SD-WAN. - Mandatory 6) Knowledge on Network & Security devices like firewalls, WAFs, L3 & L2 switches, LBs. - Mandatory 7) Knowledge on Cloud Networking - Desirable 8) Knowledge of Network Security devices - Added advantage 9) Knowledge of Network Wireless technologies - Mandatory
