Job Description

Team Lead Counselling- UK

We are looking to hire a Team Leader who has some team leading experience too. This role would entail you to lead a team of 6-8 members.

JD is below:

Responsible for imparting end to end training to the counsellors on existing & new product initiatives & ensure accurate information is provided to the students.
Must have in-depth knowledge about a particular destination (UK)
Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult students.
Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated.
Maintain applications, visa, and commission invoicing information for students.

Handling a team of 6-8 members (Counsellors)

Creating and maintaining contacts with key external stakeholders in the market

Skills Required:

· Graduate/ Postgraduate with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in overseas education industry

· Vibrant, energetic, self-starter.

· Excellent written & verbal communication
