Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Lead / Team Lead to manage and scale our sourcing operations for ongoing real estate mandate projects across Mumbai's Western Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel partner (CP) sourcing, team management, and activation strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, train, and mentor a sourcing team of executives or managers handling mandate projects.
• Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Drive productivity and maintain team motivation to meet sourcing and activation KPIs.

Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing & Activation

• Strategically identify and onboard CPs in the western suburb region (Borivali, Kandivali, Malad,Andheri, etc.).
• Plan and execute CP engagement activities, activations, and events to drive footfall and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active CPs to support project sales objectives.

Mandate Project Execution

• Work closely with the project sales & marketing teams to align sourcing efforts with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and developers for regular updates and project collaterals.
• Ensure that all sourcing initiatives are aligned with mandate agreements and developer expectations.

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain detailed reports on CP onboarding, activations, and sourcing funnel performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
• Use data to analyze trends and optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 6 - 8 years of total experience in the real estate industry, with at least 4 years in a team handling / leadership role in sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in mandate-based project execution.
• Strong network and knowledge of CP ecosystem in Western Suburbs of Mumbai.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting formats.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Prior experience with reputed

• Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities.
• Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and regular CP engagement.
