Team Lead - Accounts Payable

As an experienced professional in P2P operations with over 8-12 years of experience and a minimum of 3 years in team leadership, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating advanced knowledge of P2P operations - Mandatory knowledge of SAP VIM - Having a Process Improvement Mindset - Possessing strong Accounting Knowledge - Excel Proficiency - Excellent Communication skill - Stakeholder Management - Understanding accounting principles and detailed AP-related accounting knowledge - Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization - Familiarity with Tableau/PowerBI/QlikView/other data visualization tools - Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions - Professional resolution of vendor and internal escalations - Recognizing the impact of the team and the bigger picture - Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and handling multiple priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach - Displaying a Go Getter attitude by taking initiative, proactively tackling challenges, and seeing them through to closure - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentation, decision-making, and gaining consensus in a large group - Proactively driving assigned projects to achieve preset objectives Additionally, the company may conduct pre-employment screening checks if your application is successful.
