As a part of the noon team, you will be contributing to the region's leading consumer commerce platform that aims to ring every doorbell, every day. noon, launched in Saudi Arabia in 2017 and expanded to Egypt in 2019, offers a wide range of services including marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Despite being six years in, we believe we are only 5% done, making noon a work in progress with a mission to revolutionize the consumer landscape. noon Food, a restaurant-first platform within the noon app, is dedicated to offering fair commissions, sustainable programs, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. Our goal is to empower retailers and reshape the F&B delivery landscape through innovation and control. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, inspiring, and managing the account management team to achieve ambitious targets - Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development - Supporting the team in deal closures and owning key account negotiations personally - Developing commercial strategies to improve revenue, increase market share, and enhance restaurant retention - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders - Conducting regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas of improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service To excel in this role, you will need: - Location: Gurgaon - 3-5 years of team management experience - Proven success in direct sales and team management - Ability to build a culture of high performance and joint sense of purpose - Food delivery/tech experience is a plus - Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and CRM tools - Fluency in English We are looking for individuals with high standards, a deep bias for action, and the courage to be fiercely original.
