Team Handling Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced sales manager to lead and manage a dynamic field sales team. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in sales, especially in BFSI or B2C sectors, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Drive revenue growth through active field sales strategies
• Ensure compliance and team productivity
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet business goals
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Prior team handling experience preferred
• Graduation in any stream
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Salary: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
