Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Team Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the CEO Office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across departments, manage executive operations, and assist in PR, CSR, and event-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO, internal teams, and clients.
  • Coordinate with PR, Creative, Strategy, and Digital departments for project execution.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development pitches.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate summits, award events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and internal communication dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in a PR / Communications / Marketing agency).

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and familiarity with AI tools for content and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential tasks.
