As a Team Building Facilitator, your role will involve running engaging team-building games and activities, setting the vibe for groups of professionals, and creating lively and impactful sessions in resorts. Key Responsibilities: - Run fun and engaging team-building games and activities, following the company's signature style after receiving training. - Act as the vibe-setter, cheering up groups of 30 to 100 professionals during team-building sessions. - Interact with diverse teams to make each session memorable and impactful. - Lead 2 to 3 hour high-energy sessions that foster rapport and teamwork in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. - Be creative and quick on your feet, able to improvise when necessary, and maintain a positive, people-first mindset throughout. Qualifications Required: - An extroverted individual with high energy and enthusiasm. - Strong communication skills, being clear, confident, and engaging. - Ability to balance professionalism with a playful demeanor, adapting to the needs of each session. - Creativity and quick thinking to handle unexpected situations and keep sessions engaging. - A positive attitude with a focus on people-first interactions.
