Job Summary:

The TEAL-Manager Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to Automation Solutions at Titan. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  Plan, organize, and manage projects related to Automation Solutions
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders
• Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to team members

• Travel to client sites as required to oversee project implementation and provide support

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the field of Automation Solutions
• PMP certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Proficient in project management software
• Willingness to travel as required
