Teaching Faculty

Key Responsibilities:Deliver lectures, practicals, and assessments for diploma students in the relevant domain. Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and course materials. Guide and mentor students in academic and career growth. Update training content based on latest technologies and industry needs. Conduct periodic evaluations and maintain academic records. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for program execution. Foster a learning-oriented and disciplined classroom environment. Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably a mix of teaching and industry). Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy. Ability to connect with students and encourage active learning. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred). Knowledge of modern teaching aids, tools, and assessment methods.
