Teacher Trainer- Preschools

As an Academic Manager at a top preschool brand with multiple preschools across PAN India, your role will involve providing pre-service and in-service training for all partners. You will conduct equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP), and teacher training. Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be training preschool centers for both India and International Markets, assisting in hiring franchise staff, and ensuring academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Providing pre-service and in-service training for all partners - Conducting equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP), and teacher training - Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance - Training preschool centers for India and International Markets - Assisting in hiring franchise staff - Ensuring academic excellence - Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level - Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops, or any other Parent Interactive sessions - Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports, and providing feedback for class observation - Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules - Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of the curriculum - Coordinating with the special needs department to support teachers in delivering successful sessions Qualification Required: - Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT - 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience Please note that this role will require travel across Gujarat for 12-14 days.
