Teacher Trainer Life Skills Program Delivery

As an In-House Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging student sessions tailored to specific school requirements. Your responsibilities will include customizing training content for different school types (CBSE/ICSE/State/IB), class levels (3 to 12), and specific program combinations chosen by schools. You will be in charge of maintaining high-quality training materials such as delivery decks, session plans, and handouts to ensure effective learning outcomes. In addition to content customization, you will also be responsible for coordinating with and overseeing freelance trainers to ensure consistent delivery quality and alignment with Vivencia standards. Your role will involve supporting the onboarding, briefing, and quality check of field trainers, as well as collecting session reports and ensuring they meet curriculum goals. Furthermore, you will be managing various in-house training operations, including maintaining training inventory, coordinating school schedules, tracking session deliveries, and managing trainer rosters. Collaboration with the operations team will be essential to ensure school readiness before training sessions. In terms of sales responsibilities, you will be tasked with achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets for the region and driving revenue growth consistently. Developing and executing regional sales strategies, tracking performance, and collaborating with the State Head to refine tactics for meeting revenue milestones will be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead and motivate School Coordinators to achieve sales and implementation objectives, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Moreover, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and educators will be crucial. Regular check-ins to address needs, identify opportunities, and build trust with school partners will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
