Job Description

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged [insert age range, e.g., 6 months to 5 years]. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, activity-based learning experiences (arts & crafts, music, storytelling, sensory play, etc.). Foster positive social interactions, emotional development, and early academic skills through daily routines and creative play. Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians about their child’s daily progress and development. Observe and document children's behavior, growth, and developmental milestones. Support hygiene routines including diapering, toileting, handwashing, and meal/snack time. Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization in line with health and safety standards. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to promote a team-oriented atmosphere.
