Job Description

Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments as per curriculum.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Support and mentor students with learning gaps or special needs.
Promote literature and heritage through activities and events.
Organize and guide students in debates, recitations, drama, and cultural programs.
Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and parents for integrated learning.
Participate in training, workshops, and staff meetings for professional growth.
Maintain student records, discipline, and adherence to school policies.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Master s degree in

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification - Preferred

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to design engaging lesson plans and creative teaching aids.

Patience, empathy, and ability to handle diverse learners.

Collaborative mindset to work with peers, coordinators, and parents.

Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, digital tools for teaching).
