Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Gurugram. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, creating a supportive learning environment, and fostering intellectual and social growth in students. The role includes designing and implementing educational activities, providing regular feedback to students and parents, and participating in training sessions. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to school policies will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching practices, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training or mentorship roles is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide and support students in academic and personal development.
• Relevant teaching certifications and a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
