Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher based in Village Breswana, about 2 hours from the District HQ at Doda. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering educational content, and fostering a positive learning environment. Daily tasks include teaching, improving student language and learning outcomes, completing regular school admin related tasks, communication with students and parents, and participating in training and development sessions. Teachers are expected to engage with students in a variety of subjects and extracurricular activities, contributing to their holistic development. Accommodation and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Ability to effectively participate in Training
• Passion for working in a rural setting and contributing to community development
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Previous teaching experience is preferred
