Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Baramula. The Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging educational content, and maintaining a constructive learning atmosphere. The role also involves training and mentoring students to foster academic growth, ensuring effective communication, and utilizing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student understanding and participation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and developing comprehensive teaching strategies
• In-depth understanding of Education principles and a passion for Teaching
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training and mentoring students or other stakeholders in an educational setting
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Proven ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques is a plus
