Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction tailored to the needs of young learners.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote student engagement.
• Conduct classroom assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and strategies for improving student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Ability to deliver classroom training and instruction in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience in classroom assessment and the ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in an educational setting.
• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
