Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development and address any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices. Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and strategies for improving student learning outcomes. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in working with children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Ability to deliver classroom training and instruction in a clear and engaging manner. Experience in classroom assessment and the ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs. 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in an educational setting.
