Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, and self-improvement. Evaluate and assess participants' progress through various methods, including classroom assessments and one-on-one mentoring. Utilize knowledge of child psychology to tailor training programs that meet the diverse needs of participants. Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage active participation and foster a positive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Develop and implement training materials and resources that enhance the learning experience. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and provide regular updates to management. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive training program that aligns with organizational objectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in training, teaching, or mentoring. Strong skills in evaluation, assessment, and classroom management. Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Proficiency in child psychology and an understanding of developmental needs.
