Responsibilities: Maintain clean and organized classroom environment. Assist in setting up and maintaining the classroom, ensuring it's organized, clean, and conducive to learning Assist the Head Teacher with lesson planning and execution. Prepare materials, follow up on lessons, and help the Head Teacher implement the Montessori curriculum. Observe, interact with, and guide children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in learning activities. Assist with record-keeping tasks, such as taking attendance, monitoring student progress, and maintaining records. Work closely with the Head Teacher, parents, and other staff members to support the students' overall development. Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and interests, providing valuable insights for the lead teacher. Demonstrate appropriate behavior and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards students and staff.
