TDS GST Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GST TDS Executive to manage the compliance and operational aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely filings, maintain documentation, and stay updated with the latest tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:GST Compliance:

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other related returns.
• Monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with purchase register.
• Handle GST audits and queries from authorities.
• Maintain proper records of Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.

TDS Compliance:

• Deduct TDS as per applicable provisions under the Income Tax Act.
• Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
• Timely issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16, Form 16A).
• Reconcile TDS ledgers and coordinate with vendors for any mismatches.
• Ensure compliance with timelines and avoid interest/penalty for late payments or filings.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate tax records, challans, and return filing reports.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to tax matters.
• Provide regular reports on GST/TDS status to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in GST and TDS compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, especially GST and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST/TDS filing portals.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,253.49 per month
