TDM (Trainer)

Responsibilities

• As a Training and Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Utilizing surveys, interviews, and collaborating with management to ensure a comprehensive understanding of learning needs.
• You will be responsible for designing and developing training programs, curriculum, and materials.
• You will have the opportunity to deliver training through workshops, seminars, and sessions, aiming to equip individuals with new skills and knowledge essential for their professional growth.
• As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in coaching and mentoring individuals. By providing one-on-one support and guidance, you will assist them in applying new concepts and skills effectively in their roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• as an Executive Assistant or similar role: 1 year (Preferred)
