Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security features and best practices.

 Hands-on experience with content searches, DLP policies, sensitivity labels, and retention policies.

 Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).

 Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in managing and maintaining both on-premises Exchange environments and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Additional skills in Microsoft 365 security features are highly desirable.
• The role involves implementing and managing various Microsoft 365 services and policies, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
