Tax Manager

As a Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various tax-related tasks including Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, and other tax-related activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation, review, and filing of GST returns such as GSTR -1, GSTR - 3B, GSTR 9, GSTR 9C, etc. - Reconciliation of GST inputs and handling statutory filings. - Analyzing GST implications on transactions and addressing internal stakeholders" queries. - Compiling GST schedules for audit purposes and resolving audit queries efficiently. - Responding to GST notices and representing before tax authorities, including show cause notices and appeal filings. - Calculating TDS on a monthly basis and preparing/filing TDS returns. - Assisting in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for corporate group companies. - Creating income tax computation, deferred tax computation, and ETR. - Providing routine advisory on withholding tax matters. - Coordinating with internal departments and consultants for assessment proceedings. - Managing tax return filings for international entities in locations like Dubai, Philippines, Malaysia, etc. - Leading and coordinating team efforts, including support for special audits and IPO-related work. - Analyzing changes in tax laws and assessing their impact on the organization.
