Job Description

As a Team Lead Direct Taxation, your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of workings, maintaining records required for returns, and filing Tax returns of all entities - Handling Assessments by preparing workings, drafting responses, and providing the information sought during assessments - Drafting and filing responses to various notices/demands raised by the department - Managing tax audits by preparing data and providing for form 3CD, as well as offering clarifications to tax auditors. Coordinating for the filing of Form 3CD - Ensuring TDS Compliance on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis - Overseeing TP audit - Form 3CEB, wherever applicable - Conducting GST TDS reconciliation with the Indirect Tax Team and reconciling 26AS with GL The skills required for this role are: - Leadership qualities - Decision-making qualities - Good communication skills In terms of technical/functional proficiency, you should have: - SAP Knowledge - Proficiency in MS Excel,
