As an IT Operations Support at PwC, your role will focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. Your primary focus will be providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on providing L1 and possibly L2 support. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues - Implement security measures to protect systems - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT systems - Support non-cloud based infrastructure - Provide L1 and possibly L2 support for smooth functioning of IT systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience in hands-on application support and management - Oral and written proficiency in English required - Experience with Azure cloud platforms - Skilled in scripting and automation - Experience with CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of ITIL processes - Mentoring junior engineers - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Experience with monitoring tools - Knowledge of Identity Management principles At PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will engage in challenging projects, provide distinctive services, and participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training to grow your technical and professional skills. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for Tax applications on Azure, oversee application processes, lead large-scale projects, mentor junior team members, collaborate with global teams, innovate process enhancements, and maintain client interactions to promote project success while upholding standards of operational excellence in every activity.
