Tax - APAC PCS - Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate at PwC Private, you will have the opportunity to assist private companies with various business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to enhance their operational efficiency and strategic focus. You will be involved in the entire business life cycle of private companies, supporting them from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. Your role will focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing Australian accounting financial statements and tax returns - Assisting new joiners with tax technical training - Utilizing business applications software like Quickbooks and Xero - Building and maintaining client relationships - Analyzing complex tax issues and providing solutions - Mentoring and guiding junior team members - Upholding top standards in deliverables - Developing a thorough understanding of the business context Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required Additional Company Details: PwC Private teams focus on helping entrepreneurs, private business owners, and family enterprises manage their ownership and growth at every stage, tailored to fit the evolving needs of their business in today's dynamic global landscape.
