You are a Tax Specialist with a focus on making a significant impact in complex tax environments. Neo Group is seeking a detail-oriented Taxation Advisory and Structuring Specialist to take charge of Domestic and International Tax Advisory, Compliance, and Strategic Planning for individual, corporate, trust, and Section 8 structures catering to both domestic and NRI clients. **Role Overview:** As a Taxation Advisory and Structuring Specialist at Neo Group, you will: - Advise corporates, families, trusts, individuals & NRIs on comprehensive tax strategies - Lead domestic & cross-border transaction advisory - Manage LRS, ODI, OPI, and India inbound/outbound tax matters - Provide guidance on M&A tax, restructuring, and IPO-related tax planning - Structure deals and business reorganisations aligned to client objectives - Draft family settlement deeds with clarity and alignment to family goals - Collaborate with legal & operations teams for seamless deal execution - Advise on gifting and transfer of shares for individuals and entities **Key Responsibilities:** - 7-10 years of experience in core taxation advisory roles - Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting - Professional qualification: CA - Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills - Passion for adding long-term value through tax strategy If you are a dedicated tax professional who is passionate about wealth, advisory, structuring, and long-term planning, Neo Group is excited to hear from you.,
