Taxation Advisory and Structuring Specialist

What you'll do:

• Advise corporates, families, trusts, individuals & NRIs on comprehensive tax strategies
• Lead domestic & cross-border transaction advisory
• Manage LRS, ODI, OPI, and India inbound/outbound tax matters
• Provide guidance on M&A tax, restructuring, and IPO-related tax planning
• Structure deals and business reorganisations aligned to client objectives
• Draft family settlement deeds with clarity and alignment to family goals
• Partner with legal & operations teams for seamless deal execution
• Advise on gifting and transfer of shares for individuals and entities

What we're looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience in core taxation advisory roles
• Strong understanding of book keeping and accounting too
• Professional qualification: CA
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills
• A passion for adding long-term value through tax strategy
