As a senior at EY, your role will involve managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the timeliness and quality of work delivered by the Global Delivery Services team serving those clients. Your responsibilities will include adapting the Assurance approach to the client environment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting concepts, and developing people through effective delegation and guidance. You will also be fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment, utilizing technology for continuous learning, and maintaining an educational program for skill development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the work of the Global Delivery Services team - Demonstrate technical knowledge of Assurance and accounting standards - Lead small teams comprising Associates, Advanced Associates, and Lead Associates - Adapt the Assurance approach to changing client environments - Develop people through effective delegation and guidance - Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment - Utilize technology for continuous learning and knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (CA) or 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (ACCA) in midsized to Big 4 Assurance background - Basic understanding of accounting and Assurance concepts - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook - Logical reasoning skills - Interest in business and commerciality - Ability to work under pressure - Commitment to continuous learning - Energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and attention to detail EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) provides fulfilling career opportunities across various business disciplines, collaborating with EY teams on exciting projects and well-known brands globally.
