Location: Bangalore, Trivandrum, Chennai, Pune, Kozhikode

Required Skill set:

In depth knowledge on the propulsion system of ICE, Hybrids and Battery Electric vehicles.
Expertise in deriving the control strategy for vehicle control unit (VCU) covering Torque Management and Energy Management for different drive modes
Experienced in handling/optimising control software to achieve drivability vs NVH targets
Experienced in modelling, simulation and tuning of control algorithms, integration and vehicle level testing.
Hands on experience in various stages of product development and integration of Hybrid electric (PHEV/MHEV) / Battery Electric vehicle propulsion systems.
Experienced in analysing the vehicle drive dynamics, stability, performance of the vehicle from simulation and real world test results.
Experienced in using system/vehicle level dyno-based test setups
Good commutation skills with ability to co-ordinate with inter disciplinary teams working across different geographic locations.
