Job Description

The full assembly of the HPT, IPT, LPA, LPB & BFPT components is checked against the drawing and work instructions in the manufacturing assembly department. The erection and service are carried out on site as a technical adviser. Steam Turbine Erection and major overhauling up to 800MW capacity HP-IP-LP Steam Turbines & its Auxiliaries & gas compressors. Bearing standards and LP lower casing sole plates installation and leveling by adjustable wedges. LP Bottom-casing and Inner-casing with Diaphragm Aligned by dummy shaft/piano wire. Diaphragm, gland, spherical journal bearing assembly. High speed balancing machine Assembly with HP-IP-LP-Gen Rotor. Journal bearing contact check and adjustment. labyrinths seals assembly and but clearance adjustment. Coupling Alignment, bolt tightening and final CRO check and adjustment. HP-IP cylinder setting, Install the internal parts. Adjust the steam flow path clearance and Bearing interference/clearance. Checking all stages of rotor radial &axial clearance, oil clearance of journal &thrust Bearings, Labyrinths seal clearances and Coupling Alignment all are record in datasheets.
