The role involves being responsible for food preparation by preparing, marinating, and cooking dishes such as naan, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoor-based items. You will manage and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring the optimal temperature for cooking. Ensuring the freshness and proper storage of all ingredients used in tandoor dishes will be part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to developing and innovating tandoor-based recipes. Adherence to food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen are essential aspects of this role. Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service is crucial. Quality control to ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards is also a key responsibility. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift. The work location is in person.,
