2. Job Description: Tandoor Chef
Role: Tandoor Chef (Tandooriya)Location: Greenchillyz, Berhampur, OdishaSalary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per monthCuisine Focus: Kebabs, Tikkas, and Indian Breads.Job Summary:We need a skilled Tandoor Chef who can master the clay oven. You will be responsible for the marination of all tandoor items and making high-quality Indian breads that are crisp and served hot.Key Responsibilities:* Tandoor Management: Maintain the tandoor temperature and hygiene; ensure the clay pot is maintained regularly.* Marination: Prepare standard marinades (Red, Green/Haryali, Malai) for Chicken Tikka, Tangdi Kebab, Fish Tikka, and Paneer Tikka.* Breads: Expertise in making all types of breads including Naan, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, and Lachha Paratha.* Roasting: Ensure kebabs are juicy and not overcooked/dry; finish with proper glazing (butter/chat masala) before service.* Coordination: Work closely with the Curry Chef to ensure breads and gravies are ready simultaneously for tables.Requirements:* Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically in the Tandoor section.* Physical stamina to work near high-heat ovens for extended periods.
