Job Summary
A Tandoor Commis I is responsible for preparing and cooking tandoor-based dishes such as breads (naan, roti, kulcha), kebabs, tikkas, and grilled items. The role includes dough preparation, marination, operating the tandoor safely, ensuring quality, and supporting the Tandoor Chef in daily operations.
