About Us:
The "Patliputra Group" is a diverse business conglomerate with interests in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and automotive dealerships, operating across Bihar and expanding into regions like the Delhi NCR.
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef who is passionate about authentic tandoori cooking and takes pride in delivering great taste, consistency, and quality.
The role requires skill, discipline, and teamwork to ensure guests enjoy every dish served from the tandoor.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikka, and grilled dishes.
Maintain taste, quality, portion control, and presentation of all tandoor items.
Handle and maintain the tandoor safely with proper heat control.Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.Reduce food wastage and report equipment or stock issues when needed.

Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking and North Indian cuisine.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good sense of taste, consistency, and teamwork.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
