Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook all tandoori items such as kebabs, tandoori chicken, naan, roti, and other clay-oven specialties.
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation as per restaurant standards.
Prepare marinades, dough, and mise-en-place for the tandoor section.
Supervise, train, and guide commis chefs and helpers in the tandoor section.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area as per food safety standards.
Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage.
Follow standard recipes and SOPs.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef / Tandoor CDP.
Strong knowledge of Indian and tandoor cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
