Taluk Coordinator

As a Taluk Coordinator within the CWR branch in Kannur, you will be responsible for effectively engaging with the community in your assigned taluk. This role requires a candidate who holds a degree and possesses 0-1 years of experience. As the ideal candidate, you should be a female who has been abandoned, divorced, separated, or widowed. It is essential that you are a resident of the assigned taluk and have a willingness to travel extensively and work in community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include community engagement and outreach, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards vulnerable populations, as well as possessing basic documentation and reporting skills. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and manage field challenges efficiently.
