Tally Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tally Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on TallyPrime and Tally with GST, preparing learners for real-world financial tasks, and enhancing their accounting and business application knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and/or online training sessions on TallyPrime, GST, and basic accounting principles.
• Develop and customize training content and modules as per curriculum requirements.
• Assess students through tests, practical assignments, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on training using real-life business case scenarios.
• Keep abreast of the latest Tally software updates and industry accounting practices.
• Maintain student performance records and training feedback documentation.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless training delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in Tally (TallyPrime) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tally Trainer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage and motivate learners from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in training or accounting roles using Tally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,901.80 per month
