Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally software. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling taxation-related work, and supporting overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP/Prime)
Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and cash books
Handle GST-related work: returns, filings, and reconciliations
Manage invoices, vouchers, and bills accurately
Assist in preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support audits by providing required financial data and documents
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
Proficiency in Tally (ERP/Prime)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience as an Accountant or Tally Operator (can be adjusted)
Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply

Work Environment

Office-based / Hybrid (as applicable)
Full-time position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
