Talent Sourcing - US IT / Technical Hiring

In this role at WhiteCrow, you will be joining a team of global talent research, insight, and pipelining specialists with an international presence across various countries. Your primary responsibility will be as a US IT Recruiter, where your experience in technical recruitment within the US market will be crucial. You should be comfortable operating within a hybrid work model to excel in this role effectively. Key Responsibilities: - 3+ years of experience in US Recruitment. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically technical hiring. - Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment. - Previous experience in client engagement is preferred. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Solid understanding of US labor laws, visa processes (e.g., H1B), and tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C). Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience in corporate/executive search firms. - Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle diverse requirements. - Hunger for success, keenness to learn, and aspirations of making an outstanding career in the executive Search/HR domain. Working Hours: You will be expected to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Monday to Friday for 9.15 hours a day.
