We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Talent team as a Talent Research Associate. The role involves high-volume CV screening, initial candidate outreach, and supporting global hiring efforts through research, data management, and the use of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen large volumes of CVs based on defined criteria.
• Conduct initial communication with candidates (email, chat, or calls).
• Maintain trackers, reports, and other hiring data.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and AI tools to improve screening and sourcing efficiency.
Support recruiters with research, market mapping, and candidate coordination.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable interacting with global candidates across various time zones.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools (summaries, prompting, automation).
• Education background in HR related field.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Good to Have

• Internship experience in HR or recruitment.
• Basic understanding of sourcing tools like LinkedIn
